Having worked in the construction industry for five years,
Smith was looking for a change, including better office
dynamics. Upon the recommendation of someone who had
enjoyed working at Barricades and Signs, she applied for and
gained the position of inside sales representative. In her job,
Smith helps out the operations team, providing support for
account managers and salespeople, an all-encompassing role
in the Calgary branch.
“You feel like you’re part of a bigger family, like you’re
