One of the company’s newest employees, Ashley Smith,
has been with Barricades and Signs for about eight months,
but it didn’t take long before she felt like part of the family,
as well.
“Everyone is communicating through phone calls, meetings,
wanting to know what’s going on, always asking, ‘How
are you doing? Need any support?’ In this company, what
the management, what everyone says, is really what they
mean. They follow through with action. You can count on
them,” said Smith. “It’s a really good atmosphere, and everyone
is super positive. That’s what I really like about it, and it’s
why I came over here in the first place.”
