Please note: Due to space constraints, the children’s meal will be served in
the President’s Hall in the Conference Centre next door to the Van Horne
Ballroom. Parents should plan to pick up their kids after dinner and bring
them into the ballroom to watch the Alberta Showcase. More details will
be provided at the dinner.

Chairman’s Gala
Join us for dinner and help us welcome the incoming 2019/2020
Board of Directors and honour some of our industry leaders and
pioneers. Visit with friends and colleagues over a delicious plated
dinner, with awards and presentations to follow the dinner service,
including the Honorary Lifetime Membership Award, Outgoing
Chairman’s Speech and the Incoming Chairman’s Speech. End the
evening with dancing and music from Side One.

Business Centre
In the Fairmont Conference Centre, the business Centre, which
includes high-speed internet access, will be open Monday to
Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from
8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Dining
There are a variety of traditional, regional and contemporary dining
experiences available at The Fairmont Banff Springs. Bow Valley Grill,
Castello Ristorante, Rundle Lounge, Ramsay Lounge, Grapes Wine
Bar, Waldhaus Pub & Restaurant and the Castle Pantry will all be
