We should all #thankatrucker
By the Alberta Motor Transport Association
From the shoes on our feet to the groceries on our
shelves, goods can’t get where they need to go without
the aid of commercial drivers.
Now more than ever, Driver Appreciation serves to shine
a spotlight on those behind the wheel who work every day
in support of the nation.
“We know these are challenging times, and for an industry
that has always had a map to follow, we continue to find our-selves
in unchartered territory,” said Alberta Motor Transport
Association (AMTA) president Chris Nash. “However, the
commercial transportation industry has continued to per-severe,
and we are grateful to our membership and fleets
around the world for the work they have done throughout
the COVID-19 pandemic and the work they will continue to
do beyond.”
