well as the company to have these open
and diverse opportunities.”
Although Graham owns a large fleet
of modern and well-maintained equip-ment
that allows the company to self-perform
integral tasks, meet schedules
and execute at the highest level, the
company has developed strategic rela-tionships
with partners to perform criti-cal
portions of projects whenever pos-sible.
This gives the flexibility of find-ing
the right solution to meet all client
needs and expectations.
“For example, we have had a full
piling division in the past as part of
our industrial group, but that has been
reduced to a job-by-job, as-needed
basis,” said Cole. “Right now, the sub-contracting
of piling has been very com-petitive
and successful in our project
delivery; however, should the need arise
to provide a client this service where
we could not get competitive pricing
or continuity of work for the duration
from the supply chain of subcontractors
in the Alberta market, we would gear
up with piling equipment again.”
