The Alberta Roadbuilders and Heavy Construction
Association celebrated the next generation of leaders
at their November 2018 convention with the launch
of their first annual Rising Star awards. It was my honour
to be one of the five recipients for the inaugural year of
the program.
My name is Maron Mulligan-Green, and I am the Director
of Business Development for JAPA Machinery Group and
JAPA Equipment Rentals. For me, being nominated as one
of the ARHCA’s Rising Stars, meant that I was recognized in
front of my peers not only for my work with JAPA, but also
as a woman in construction. In fall 2018, ARHCA reached
out to members looking for young leaders in the Alberta
Construction industry.
