working in our accounts payable and receivables while
she was completing her degree in international business.
After her graduation, she was a key member of our negotiation
team with XCMG – the seventh biggest equipment
manufacturer in the world – to establish their first North
American dealership.
Maron is tremendously hard-working, intelligent

Shaun Hopkins, Project Manager, Kidco Construction
Kidco Construction would like to recognize one of our
dynamic young project managers. On a daily basis,
Shaun demonstrates outstanding leadership qualities. He
has gained the respect and trust of not only his peers, but
also Kidco’s clients. In his current role, as Kidco’s project
manager for the Southwest Calgary Ring Road, Shaun is
responsible for coordinating Kidco’s onsite earthworks.

Jenna Klynstra, PR Manager, ARHCA
Jenna Klynstra is a key team member for the ARHCA.
She started as a policy analyst and has advanced to be our
Public Relations Manager. Jenna grew up in the industry
and has many fond memories of coming to the convention.
She encompasses the family values of roadbuilders.
Her years of hockey has taught her the definition of
team player and she delivers that in the office every day.
Her commitment and dedication to industry is something
to note. She continuously strives for improvement
and pushes people around her to be their best. Her team
admires her problem-solving mentality. She identifies the
problems that prevent a project from moving forward successfully
and immediately begins working on solutions or
alternatives. She demonstrates creativity and resourcefulness
to aid in coming up with workable and innovative
solutions in the workplace. Jenna is a great asset to us!
